Kelci Clark has over 16 years of dance experience. She received her dance training primarily in the New England area and has had the privilege of taking master classes with some of the top dancers of our time. Kelci has attended many dance workshops throughout the years, including S.H.I.P. (Student Honor Intensive Program) which is held by Dance Master’s of America in Buffalo, N. Y. She holds both regional and national titles and has been awarded many HIGH SCORE awards and scholarships on both the regional and national level. Her early training also includes years as a competitive gymnast as part of a USA gymnastics program.
Kelci began teaching dance classes as an assistant dance teacher when she was 12 years old at her mother’s dance studio, Dance Mechanix School of Dance in Charlton, MA. She later was given the chance to teach her own classes and choreograph solo and group routines for competition. Kelci has been awarded numerous awards for her student choreography, and her dancers have received many high scores.
Upon graduating from high school, Kelci was accepted to the University of Massachusetts Boston. She received the Chancellor’s Award for Art, for her dancing ability and performance. After a year, Kelci chose to relocate to San Diego, CA where she hopes to continue her dance training and career. She enjoys sharing her dance knowledge to continue to inspire young dancers.
